Some Of My Favourite Go-to A/W22 Fashion Trends
The change in season brings a change in fashions and, if I’m going to be honest, I much prefer dressing in the colder months! It’s a great opportunity to identify key wardrobe pieces that you currently own and combine them with the latest trends to fit your personal style and ultimately reinvent a new and exciting wardrobe.
Below, I have selected some of my standout A/W22 fashion trends, which I have shared across my social networks (Insta @chantelleznideric) so I do hope they give you inspiration in order to take you’re autumn winter wardrobe to the next level.
Go-to A/W22 Fashion Trends: Wonder Boots
If there’s one thing I love about Winter and that’s the array of chunky comfort-led boots, we are going to be living in!
Every Winter, I love to revamp my boots collection and I’ve already been snapping up some practical, furry, waterproof styles, at bargain prices might I add, in preparation for the constant cold rainy days ahead.
You’ll see thick-soled walking boot, Chelsea and biker styles returning and keep an eye out for steel-toe caps and square toes, lace-ups, and metal hardware as a prominent detail, along with longer lengths to mid-calf and to the knees.
Go-to A/W22 Fashion Trends: The 90’s Bubble
It’s an era I have very fond memories of and it’s exciting that this Y2K trend is surviving another season.
If you want to modernise this trend for the season ahead, wear your ensembles with a minimalistic approach.
It’s all about the vest tops and low-slung bottoms (I’m definitely not brave enough to go for low-slung anymore!), with natural, dewy, hardly-there make-up.
If you’re looking for a low key look this season, this could be it! Arguably, a vest top and low-slung slouchy jeans could be a winner for you…

Go-to A/W22 Fashion Trends: Magpie Magic
As many of you know I love a bit sparkle! Who doesn’t? With party season on the horizon, it’s time to splash out on sequins and anything shiny.
However, don’t just save the shimmer and shine for evening occasions and big nights out. This season, it’s all about wearing them for in your day-to-day outfits.
If you’re not sure how to channel this trend, look for cute diamante earrings, embellishments in all the right places, chain strap details, sequinned skirts and jackets or high shine dresses to get you started.
