My ‘New Year, New You’ Regime with an Ultimate Work Out Style!

With my half marathon challenge looming at the end of February (in Brighton) it’s fair to say I’m back in training after recovering from the flu and weeks of prolonged illness pre and post Christmas period.

With my eye on the prize, I’m tempted by oodles of cool stylish gym gear to set my pulse racing for this one time occasion!

Focused on achieving my goal of completing the half (without stopping…) as well as raise money for such a worthwhile charity – RISE, a charity and support in Brighton, Hove and Sussex, helping people affected by domestic abuse, it’s a great time to lust after and create a new effortless workout look to begin the new year with motivation and confidence.

Having the right kit is a fantastic way to kick start a new year, new you regime and I know I will have fun recreating the ultimate work out style for this forthcoming event and the months ahead.

For me, subconsciously, this is a sure-fire way to enhance my performance on the day itself!
