I met Chantelle through LinkedIn, I made a comment on a post that I was in desperate need of finding my style. I have spent the last few decades driving, leading, pushing complex high end mining projects.

Chantelle to the rescue… From the first catchup Chantelle was like an old friend, interested in my dilemma and my styling needs. We spent a lot of time looking at my ‘wardrobe’, discussing my needs and appreciating my hopes and fears about how I should look, casually, onstage, before senior leaders when consulting.

Chantelle created a series of style boards which just resonated immediately. It was me, the me I had never met though hoped to be.

We had a shopping expedition, three hours, I was nervous but Chantelle gave me confidence. I arrived in town and away we went. Chantelle had prearranged shops, selected clothes, based on my style boards, then the fun began! It was so easy and relaxed. Everything fitted, a few things did not work, some things were outside my comfort zone, however, with encouragement I gave everything a go and IT ALL WORKED!!

Chantelle, read my body type, my professional needs and built me the basis of a fantastic wardrobe. All within the budget I had stated on our first meeting. And the support did not stop there.

I have access to a great fashionista who is genuinely interested in helping me look the best version of myself. Thanks for a great day at Westfield London. I am wearing some of the bits regularly and have just taken the trousers to be taken up. I will see what I can do but we may need to aim for the new year for our casual shopping trip.

PART ONE: Chantelle is an absolute dream to work with. I was in desperate need of help buying new clothes after some recent weight loss and I couldn't be happier with the results. She took into account clothes I already owned and helped me find new pieces that work with what I already have AND with new items I purchased. I don't generally do a lot of clothes shopping because I get frustrated when I can't find things I like but Chantelle just understood exactly what I needed, even though I didn't know myself! She wasn't pushy with her suggestions (even though I ended up buying about 90% of what she found for me because it was all so well suited!) And she made the whole shopping experience completely stress free.

PART TWO: If I needed a new size, she zoomed away into the shop to find it whilst I tried on the other bits she'd suggested. It made the day so easy, I've never had a better shopping experience it was fantastic. I'm also more confident now in picking out some of my own clothes because she gave me a some great ideas, plus a Pinterest mood board that I can build on and go back to for inspiration! I couldn't have asked for more and I'm so so pleased with everything I purchased today. Thanks again, Chantelle. You're the best!

Fantastic experience working with Chantelle. I needed a wardrobe refresh for an important work presentation. Chantelle leapt into action at very short notice to discuss and understand my requirements. She did her best to use pieces I already had in the wardrobe to keep costs down and save waste, and was thoughtful in selecting items that could be wardrobe staples to use in multiple settings.
